This page contains the terms & conditions for shopping at Spa Ceylon Portugal. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree with these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Spa Ceylon Portugal, you state that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from an adult to do so) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Spa Ceylon Portugal, for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

By accepting these conditions, you agree to the above:

1. Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, we reserve the right to change all product pricing without notice.

1. Delivery

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit time is 1 to 2 working days in Continental Portugal and 1 to 3 working days for the Islands. We are based in Portugal (European Union), in case you would like to receive our products outside of Portugal please send an email to loja@spaceylonportugal.com or get in touch with us via social media.

1. Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package and also the cost of returning the package to our Portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

1. Customer complaints

We endeavor to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.

1. Force Majeure

Events outside Spa Ceylon Portugal's control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force major, meaning that Spa Ceylon Portugal is released from Spa Ceylon Portugal 's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. An example of such events is government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

1. Payment

All products remain Spa Ceylon Portugal's property until a full payment is made. The price applicable is the one set on the date which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have a permission from an adult to buy from Spa Ceylon Portugal.

All payments conducted through Spa Ceylon Portugal website are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only take returns and exchanges for products properly sealed in the Home Aroma and Teas categories. ur returned items must arrive at our office within 14 days after you have receive them.

1. Fraud

Spa Ceylon Portugal holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions via our online services.

Spa Ceylon Portugal reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site and/or forward information on transactions to authorities or payment provider. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

1. Applicable Law

These general conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including the validity thereof, or with the use of the Website(s) or with any purchases on the Websites shall be governed by Portuguese Law.

1. Additional information

Spa Ceylon Portugal reserves the right to change any information, including prices, technical specifications and terms and conditions, without any warning. In the case one product is sold out, Spa Ceylon Portugal has the righ to cancel the order and reimburse the amount paid in a way that suits the customer. Spa Celyon Portugal should also notify the client if there are any equivalent products.

The use of the website or any other service that we provide means that you have accepted these terms and conditions.
