Shipping policy
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. The average transit time is 1 to 2 working days in Continental Portugal and 1 to 3 working days for the Islands.
After confirmation of payment, we will endeavor ship the order in the same day or the next working day (excluding weekends, sales season and national holidays).
You will also receive a confirmation email once with a tracking number once the package is shipped to your selected delivery address.
Shipping Rates & Times:
Orders placed before 3pm (GMT), will be shipped in the same day.
- Standard delivery: €3.99 - 1-2 working days (Portugal, mainland) and 2-3 working days (Islands)
- Express delivery: €4.99 – delivery in the next working day (Portugal, mainland)
- Delivery to our shop in Centro Comercial Colombo: free – 1 working day
- Free shipping for orders above €50.00
If we are unable to ship your package due to reasons outside of Spa Ceylon control (incorrect delivery address, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact you by e-mail. The order will not be dispatched until we receive an answer. If no answer is received, the order will be canceled and its payment reimbursed to the client.
You will be notified by email when the order is available for pickup in store. To pick up your order, please present a valid identification document.
International Delivery:
