Which payment methods do you have?
We have the following payment methods available: Referência Multibanco, MB Way, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Bancontact, iDeal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All transactions conducted through Spa Ceylon Portugal are handled and transacted by external entities dedicated to online payments so that they can guarantee your protection. Your card information is not stored and all your card information is transacted using SSL encryption.
Please read the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen for the transaction as they will be responsible for the transaction made.
What is the delivery time for the ordered products?
The expected delivery time varies according to the destination of the order.
In Greater Lisbon, we offer delivery in 2 hours for orders before 18:00. In mainland Portugal, we guarantee next business day delivery for orders placed before 15:00 GMT.
Delivery may take up to 3-4 business days in the Islands (Madeira&Azores).
If you wish to receive products outside Portugal, please send an email to loja@spaceylonportugal.com or contact us through social networks.
In the rare event that there is a stock outage, you will be contacted by Spa Ceylon to be informed of the subsequent procedure which, as a rule, involves choosing between refunding the amount paid or providing information on the expected delivery date.
The Customer will be informed of the carrier and its tracking code after shipment.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders are sent by the carrier that we will inform you in the email of the shipment of your purchases.
Continental Portugal:
• Shipping in 2 hours Greater Lisbon: 8.00€
• Shipping to address: 4.50€
• Free shipping on purchases over €50
Azores and Madeira Archipelagos:
• Shipping to address: 7.00€
• Free shipping on purchases over €70
International:
• Shipping to address: 9.90€
• Free shipping on purchases over €100
Can I return ordered products?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and exchanges on properly sealed products from the Home Aroma and Teas category.
All returns must arrive at our office within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving them.
